Though Sharmishtha and I missed the meeting, Sanjay Dhristi of our President provided me with the glimpses of the wonderful evening. Kindly find the same below. 46 members participated in the movie "Jutha Hi Sahi" and Kathiawadi Dinner at AAPNU GAM.
Here is a short write up about Vocational Service (Courtsey - President Premal Smart):
(1) Celebrated Vocational Service in a very meaningful way by imparting carrier counseling to more than 200 students of MES Girls School on 21st October. As per the feedback of the school and the students requirements, we have worked out a structured Vocational Guidance Program with our partner organization Nirdesh Education & Research Foundation for this project where following topics will be covered: 1. Rotary 4 Way Test, its importance and effective application. 2. Commerce related courses such as MBA, CA, CS, ICWA etc. 3. Vocational courses keeping in view the community preferences 4. Get a degree from abroad studying in Vadodara or study abroad. What are the pitfalls and how to avoid being cheated. Our Rtn. Ashish Gurg, Vocational Service Director will be taking a session of 15 mins briefing the students the importance of Rotary 4 way test in the life. The faculty members namely Rtn. Ashish Gurg, Mr. Diwanji, Mr. J.N. Parmar and Dr. Himanshu Trivedi to guide the students. (2) Attached are the pictures of RCBM family (46 members- 22 Rtns. & 24 family members) enjoyed the movie "Jutha Hi Sahi" at Chandan on 24.10.2010. Later all had dinner & enjoyed Kathyawadi food and excellent fellowship at "AAPNU GAUM" with Aantakshari, Housey, Jokes etc. The idea was well executed by the enthusiastic & perfect planning of Club Ser. Dir. Rachana Gurg & Mitesh Bhatt and all thoroughly enjoyed the same. Departed with agreeing to have one more such outing soon.
